  • How come your unit doesn't have a volume drop when you turn it on. Mine does. Is yours modded? Also, what is the power adapter you are using? Thanks a lot!

  • @louloomis I sold this but still have the smaller MP-1. Neither have a volume drop; in fact the volume goes UP when "Balls" is turned up full. Some MSP's use 9-volt power supply, some 12-volt. If it drops volume with a fresh battery, there's something wrong. IThe circuit is pretty complicated, but service manuals are available online so a decent tech should be able to fix it.

    Good Luck!

  • Friend, in addition to configurations already informed you would have to demonstrate other settings? I liked the setting Univibe - Balls = 0 and Speed = 2.

You have a PDF that has the settings?

  • @marcelopontes999 To me the middle speed setting (1:05) sounds more like the classic Hendrix Univibe sound. With speed and balls it isn't that complicated, so a PDF doesn't seem necessary. I have a copy of the service manual, but sold this pedal long ago. I still have the smaller MP-1 (same effect, no speed ramping).

  • @marcelopontes999 1:05 is the time point on the video. As I said I no longer have the pedal, but I believe that PRESET speed is about equal to 5. Balls is at 0 at that point in the video.

  • HOW BIG IS THING THING CANT BELIVE I HAVE NEVER SEEN ONE.

  • @shckltnebay I sold this, so I don't know the exact measurements. For reference my foot is a size 10. I still have the smaller (but not small) MP-1, with no speed ramping.

  • I think this pedal is on the studio version of 'Shatted" by the stones.

    Speed medium, Balls high

  • Fucking sweet!!

  • yeaaa vintage mashine

  • A friend of mine had one of these in the 1970s. It was big fun to play with!

  • Sorry but I did not understand what you mean by (1:05)!

To get the sound settings would Univibe Hendrix: SPEED = 0 and BALLS = 0 correct?
