Thanks for this research and this book, Dr. Pollan. This truly opened my eyes!

It's a real eye-opener and something most of us are afraid to admit or educate ourselves on. What would be the impact of removing corn from our diet? Would we have to go and catch wild animals and grow our own vegetables?

This is an extremely important subject in which to become educated. We are completely at the mercy of corn producers at every turn of a supermarket aisle. Read labels and avoid products with corn and corn derivatives; buy grass-fed beef, and produce from local farmers. Thank you, Michael Pollan, for writing your book.
