  • Thank you, Vader the Viking for pointing out that I have poor form. It is easier for me to cheat by arching my back and using a wide grip. I am working on benching with my feet up and my back completely flat, with a suicide grip across the top of my pecs to isolate my pecs to increase my pump.

  • @LinkBurchett :#1 arching your back and having a wider grip isnt cheating. its called competition form. #2 i wouldnt recommend you bench with a flat back. you always want a little arch in your back. it allows you to push your chest out and shoulders down. if you want to isolate the chest thats the form you want because it makes it the main mover. and keep your feet on the floor because you'll over load the chest with more weight. i use to do feet up. chest got bigger with feet down.

  • I did this program and my bench got HUUUUGE. My upper body also got huge. Did it for squats and got some gains but not as much as my bench.
