Judge did not make an immediate decision on Jan. 21, but will issue a ruling soon. Heard both sided, but incidcated he did not think the case of Warnken passed the Judiciability standard, or and did not have "Standing" so... Judge never dealt with the core issues beyond that,

but it seemed obvious, Magistrate Brennen did NOT read the whole brief presented by WARNKEN.

Anyone against this movement is too screwed up and sheep like my dad. I do not care. Edmonton has over a million. There need to be a clean sweep of MP's that only get $50K to $75K max. We need to turf glultony and hang on steet light infront over their homes to make an example of them

Fro instance, as far as i am aware, there is no such title as SUPER LAWYER.

So how could one be hired ?

The courts can do whatever they want to this man, if he is prepared to use "slang" in court, and to explain what happened. He may be honest, but his words are so "loose" that he may as well say "yippeee aye ay, let the great wagins roll, on the prairie masser - yippeeee"

Cus with such LOOSE vocabulary, ANYTHING can be done to you.

A concrete court case, with super lawyers !

You see, the guy who's telling you what happened is either repeating precisely what was said, or he isnt.

All this "concrete exposure of the facts" or "the arguement was upheld by a high fyling lawyer" (just examples of babble used in courts), is th ekind fo language, which, especially when repeated (with more non truths added in, to "funk it up"), the whole description becomes un-understandable babble.

Americans MUST learn to speak english, and not legaleese babble, all day !!

I have to say, these satanists should be stopped IMMEDIATELY that they tell ANY lie - this is the ONLY way to get anywhere near the truth. When you alow one lie past, it tangles up the whole sentence and becoem GRAMMARRTIZED.

First example:

STOP RIGHT THERE - CONCRETE DOES NOT COME INTO THIS COURT - IT IS A BUILDING MATERIAL.

HE IS ALREADY AWAY FROM THE TRUTH, SO THERE IS NO WAY TO PIN HIM DOWN, AFTER THIS POINT.

CA has gone to heck in a handbasket. The illegal aliens have completely overtaken everything and have raped our entitlement programs. Californians are now paying the highest sales tax in the country, among other taxes just to keep entitlement programs going. I'm moving outta here as soon as I can.

The Founders of the USA had "representation" before the King; it is just that those "representatives" were not representing the People of the Colonies.

The absolute best representation an individual can get is to do it themselves. Being done at the local level in town meetings.

Any project or program that get "big" enough of its own would then pass through the country, state and then into the federal realm of government supervision.
