@TabulaRasaVSInherent But the main point is not national boundaries, and where they, based on whatever, should go. The matter is one of individual human rights, not collectively claimed ethno-historical rights to any land. Lots of Palestinian Arabs were forcibly driven out of Israel and were robbed of their property in 1948, which is a crime against their individual human rights. A fact for which it is irrelevant which ethnic group has a better claim to a state in the area.

Many countries today are based on conquered land. Wow, didn't know that! :o Now, why is it relevant? How does that grant legality?
