@KT8907 her ambulance was covering another station when a motorcycle accident rang out, the ambulance was first on scene with a county pd right behind while she was assisting the victim of the motorcycle a drunk driver hit the police car then ran over not only michelle but also the motorcyclist. michelle sadly died 2 days later. the person who killed her is now serving life in prison for murder

It's the anti-lock brake system working. On air brake systems instead of the brakes pulsating (like on your car) the individual wheel does a stutter spit of air to effect the same thing as pulsating.

@pcfd20
I don't think that's what happened.... look at 1:56- 1:57, you can see the white dodge swerve and hear tire screech.

@Coasterrider210 Something in the air system failed causing the front driver tire brake to lock up for a second (hint the single small break mark from drivers front tire). You can hear a air sound right be for hand which makes me think an brake chamber failed to that brake(each wheel hub as its own brake chamber). Lose of air means brakes are applied.

@KT8907 If i remember correctly, her department was on scene of a motor vehicle accident and she was working around a vehicle when a drunk driver went through the roadblock, striking and fatally injuring her.

How did Michelle pass away? While on duty? Because I am a student at OWU, which the city fire dept. sits right in campus

There were more than 130+ pieces of apparatus from as far away as Virginia Beach, Va others from South Media, PA - Deepwater, NJ, Queen Anne County, MD - UD EMS, Delaware Refinery and all over DE. There was an arch formed by ladder trucks from Christiana and DE City (if I remember correctly) at 13 and 72 - her casket/flowers were aboard the lead vehicle and they all passed beneath the "arch" and huge American flag - for those of us gathered at 13 and 72 it was a very solemn moment RIP Michelle.
