@kmfdmwill And that alot of climbing "techniques" or other ways of climbing has been changed since 2008 because of injuries and other faults.

@Lunartrek my shoes dye my feet blue. Don't wear white socks though, so subsequent sock dying isn't a problem.

@salomonST60 ha-ha you have never cranked on a heel hook? and to say something along the lines of this maneuver is for______ is kind of a big order isn't it? climbing isn't set you can use whatever as long as you stay on route and complete the climb.

i find the heel hook is more for balancing, rather than an actual manouver up the wall.
