Let's Play: Kings Quest 1 Part 1

I thought I'd do something a little different for April 1st. Too bad my original plans fell through!

If there is random lines cut off very abrubtly, this is due to the recording being all screwed up. I had to hit the button several times to get it record without shutting itself off everytime I moved.

This one is dedicated to LateBlt, Hercrabbiness, ShadyParadox, and OoCloud36 (and his brother!), as well as everyone else who LP's the KQ games. Sorry the names got a little cut off there, see above paragraph for why.

I haven't played this game in at least a few years, so I'm going through this somewhat blindly. I know what to do, but no idea how the map is set up, so prepare for me to get lost!

And oh yeah, there's profane words in here too, as well as some perversion (*cough* hercrabbiness!).

Am I the only that associates the style of this game with Peasant's Quest? Maybe Videlectrix used the same engine.

You're certainly not imagining things, Peasant's Quest is largely a parody of the King's Quest games, among other adventure titles with a ton of other references thrown in.

Yup, don't enter the water near the river, because Graham can't swim in the river... Entering the water in the more open part of that lake is fine.

And while I know you've been doing it for a while (I noticed that you uploaded several videos at once when doing Lego Star Wars), I'm wondering if you might want to space out your release schedule a bit, just because people might get a bit overwhelmed when you suddenly release 8 videos at once...

Don't worry, I only post one about every 12 hours or so. They only reason I post that fast is in case youtube rejects my upload and I need to make an edit (which does happen), I keep the original uncompressed files until the video shows up. Since they can get up to about 10 gigs PER video, it kills HD space, hence the need to get rid of them ASAP! I'm getting an external soon to fix that.

The one time I uploaded like, 8 at once is cause I accidently deleted them. Whoops.
