  • Organ disposition is:

    Gedackt 8' (wood pipes)

Rohrflöte 4' (metal pipes with internal chimneys)

Nasat 2 2/3' (from cs' up)

Principal 2' (bass pipes in facade)

    Quinte 1 1/3' (C - c')

The 8', 4', and 2' are divided into 2 stops between c' and cs' (Spanish style)

Pedal is coupled to the manual keyboard.

    Temperament is Kellner (Bach)

  • The organ was built by Cera Organbuilders in the Philippines.

  • Very nice piece and organ too! How does the pedal division sound with this organ? Hope to see another clip featuring the pedals!

    Thanks for uploading!

  • The pedals are merely coupled to the manual keyboard and have no stops of their own. We will try to post another video soon playing the pedals too. Thanks for the comments!

  • @Offshoreorganbuilder Well, it's a pipe dream for now; I can't even afford a new car. However, I'm not ruling it out for the future.! Thank you for your encouraging response!

  • @hartleymartin True, but the problem is *space* as well as cost. A quinted bottom octave for the 16' is much better than nothing, provided the quints are independent pipes. With an organ such as the one shown here, with mechanical action, there would also be the difficulty of the mechanism.

  • @churchwhistles Why should it be a pipe dream? Think what you might spend on a car and ask yourself if you really can't afford an organ like this one. I have built several for people's homes. My own instrument is played every day, and I've had it for for over 25 years. (I'd have bought 3 new cars in that time!)

  • Many thanks for this interesting posting. The organ fits very well into its domestic setting. (I only wish I could play like this!)

  • Oh, wow! A real pipe organ in your own home! I know that's an impossible "pipe dream" for me, but it's nice to think about it!

  • Nice sound!

  • A 16' stop for the pedals on a house organ might overpower the space it speaks into. If you really wanted it, you could have it done as an extension of the Gedackt. The bottom octace would use its own pipes and the upper notes would be borrowed from the 8' Gedackt on the manual. There are many little cheats that you can use on small organs to make it sound bigger than it really is.

  • What is the disposition?

  • Very nice! Thank you for the video upload. I hope and wish to see more soon. It is really great to see the organ in very good hands.
