Factory Sound Podcast 22 - Midas Pro6

Midas Pro6 new digital console. In this installment of Factory Sound TV, we fly to Sydney to check out the new offering from Midas. The Pro6 digital console looks to be a ripper, and we get a great overview from Richard Ferriday, brand development manager for Midas and Klark Teknik.

Of course, it wouldn't be Factory Sound TV unless we got a little off topic...so we also go for a quick tour of the offices at Bosch (Australian importers of Midas, Klark Teknik, Electrovoice, Bosch and more). Phill's Microphone Museum comes to life here, and we took stacks of footage of Phill Webb (extreme microphone nerd) talking us through the stories behind his collection of vintage Electrovoice microphones. There's plenty of gold there, so we'll continue to show you snippets over the next few episodes.
