  • @ODoda It's a Border pipe - sounds a bit like a GHB but less loud. the chanter reed can last for years and years because it's not mouthblown - which means that it can be scraped so that you can cross-finger a fully chromatic scale plus B and somtimes C above high A. It can be a finicky beast though....

    The Border pipe has probably been around at least as long,as(maybe longer) than the GHB and has its own idiom.
