@strykerlv08 Sorry, what I meant to say is an IED. It is a improvised explosive device.. It's usually used in terrorist actions or in unconventional warfare by guerrillas or commando forces in a theater of operations. An IED was on of the mechanisms used in the "Haditha Killings" where a group of Marines killed 24 Iraqi men, women and innocent children on November 19, 2005 in Haditha, a city in the western Iraq province of Al Anbar.

OH MY GOD! You mean, the United States is doing something to preserve and save, and to most importantly save money? Remember, I guarantee that there will be more money coming into the government's pocket because of this. So because they supposedly want to use renewable energy, let's raise taxes and take more money from the poverty stricken economy, hard working people, to put into this. Let's put more fund into their pockets so they can launch IDE's to other countries. YAY!!!
