@furguson187 the fatman is pretty usual, huge, cause massive splash damage, only useful in emergencies, and not in closed quarters, or when the enemy is close to you.

TL:DR you almost never use it.

@baikoleda1 When you first arrive at the Tenpenny Tower youll see a ghoul talking through an intercom to the guards. If you talk to the ghoul or the guards about it youll start a quest regarding ghouls and the tower. If you help the ghouls im pretty sure you get the mask. Havent played the game for a while but im 100% sure its that specific quest.
