  • It is hard to speculate what this pain may be without seeing you, however, it is likely related to the healing of the small incisions in the muscle. If it continues, see your surgeon and consider getting a CAT scan.

  • we use CO2 gas under pressure in the abdomen to make the space so that we can work. We simply let the gas out at the end of the procedure.

  • the little smoke produced during surgery is released at the end of the procedure. The skin is just a few centemeters outside the muscle. These procedures are very precise and take only 20 to 30 minutes on average.

  • My dad doesn't understand why I watch these kinds of videos (surgery) because they're so gross, but I think they're rather intriguing! It's very interesting and opens me up to a whole new world of things I've never seen. Thanks for posting!(:

  • I fully agree. It is a real pleasure and privilege for me to be able to perform these procedures. The technology available today is incredible.

  • the scope enters the abdomen right in the middle. Going up to the right shows the liver and gallbladder. Going left goes into the pelvis.

  • i have a question. I got an appendectomy done. A few weeks later, although pretty much healed, i get a burning sensation that is a bit painful around the main area where one of the cuts were made. It's starting to kind of concern me a little. Also when i cough or create pressure or bend down, it hurts. My doctor told me i was fine a week after the procedure, but this pain came after. Can anyone tell me why this pain is still here?

  • Brilliant just walk in the park, thats what being a pro is all about. more videos please.

  • I'm actually surprised by the empty space there is in the video, there is so much of it.
