Good video, I like the salmon recipe... As for the pork and the chicken, you can get the Cobb roasting rack attachment which I think is one of the most useful addons you can get - Check out my videos for an example. Also, its worth mentioning that you can add apple juice or beer to the moat around the charcoal holder, this works exceptionally well with pork. Good stuff though, Cobbs are awesome!

For those of you clicking my website link (treasuresites) just a reminder: those Cobbs there are for your reference (old & new style) but if buying, be sure and click the search box because prices are wildly variable. A Cobb (new, old) cooks like a Cobb (I've used both), so just buy the cheapest you can get from whatever source is my advice on Cobb Cookers. Great unit - but you can really get bit if not comparing price.

How do you clean the inside?

Cleaning is easy, since the guts are stainless. Spray the insides (inside of the lid too) with PAM (or other veg. spray) and use a rag to clean it up.
