1958, my parents took me to Dan's Pier 500 in the quarter to listen to Al Hurt. Bob Havens was superior to anything I had heard up until that time. Harold Cooper on clarinet, ringer for the Dukes of Dixieland Albums and Ronny Dupont on Piano. Late 1970's I saw Ronny Dupont in the quarter playing and he looked and sounded great.
Played with Bob in the "Big River Swing Machine" . Had some great stories and is one of the best I've ever been lucky enough to perform with.

Bob is great...but that's NOT the REAL Dukes of Dixieland...they stole the name from the Assuntos!
