Ligne Maginot at Fort Casso

Wow, the history! This is video footage with a Medeski, Martin & Wood soundtrack, leaving Rohrbach Les Bitche and entering Guising, in France, on the French-German Border along the Ligne Maginot (The Imaginary Line) and passing Fort Casso, an American stronghold during World War II. You can see the valley and the distance stretching into Germany and just imagine the advance of German troops coming to overtake France! If you have never visited here and are a WWII history buff, I highly recommend the trip. The feeling is just incredible and you can feel the spirit of all those who gave their lives on both sides of the line. A tribute to all the German, American, French and Vietnamese who fought in this zone. Peace to all their souls.
