American kids entering the job market shouldn't have to compete on a job sit with illeagals with no papers making next to nothing, Americans should be competing against other Americans on the construction site thats how a work ethic is established. How can you expect a kid out of high school to compete with someone who doe sent speak his language has nothing in common gets paid peanuts and works like a slave. True. This is true for Marty and crew. However, the hardest working Americans are still here. I see them everywhere I go. Only, lately, the americans I meet are in business making cash with their minds and networking skills. Unfortuneately I do not speak spanish. This has caused many anxiety attacks for me on the job.

this guy just doesn't know how to hire someone properly. Don't judge 5-10 lazy workers you hired based on the whole LEGAL workforce.  You probably tried to pay them the same so called "wage" you pay the illegals you say you hire! It's people like you who ruin the economy little by little. I've been in the construction industry working with LEGALS (only) and we do a great job, consistently.
