Like so many artists did, earlier this month YONAS made his way out to Austin for SXSW. Like so many artists did NOT, however, not only did YONAS perform as part of the 2DopeBoyz.com and DJBooth.net Last Rights showcase, but he also found time to catch up with KarmaloopTV and chop it up with the site.

Sitting down for the interview, YONAS discusses his time in Austin, which was the Bronx emcee's first time at SXSW, the importance of networking and connecting with other artists across genres, other artists he'd like to work with in the future, and the underlying messages in his music.
