  • Ok... I'll be nice... Chinese Black Vinegar have a rich but mild taste and is made from rice, wheat, millet or sorghum. Aging gives it lot of flavor and aroma....

    The Balsamic Vinegar is made of wine vinegar or grape juice with the addition of colouring, caramel and sometimes thickeners like Guar Gum or corn flour. There is no aging involved.

  • is msg really worth the serious health risks for a bit of extra flavor?? people really need to stop useing that garbage maybe if they knew where it came from and how it SERIOUSLY effects your health would it stop them? sadly probably not

  • Look for Chinkiang brand black vinegar.

  • Everything tastes better with msg

  • Actually, proper balsamic vinegar is made from regular vinegar that has been aged a very very long time until it is almost syrupy and sweet. The cheap stuff may have all the ingredients you spoke of, but proper balsamic is a very different matter.
