  • xrs are quality every1 always goes for the gearing or bhp i wheelie my xr all over an it ownes at it i got the exhaust and geared right best an cheapest thing i did b4 any of that was to tighten that soft slack arse rear shock up used to lose most of ma power an torque through its saggy arse it also made the most difference

  • i agreee. bit heavy for it aswell.

  • if you want reliability then dont move away from xrs. xr250s will wheelie really easy even in dirt. check out my video. i ride a wheelie 2nd through 5th gear

  • move away from the xr models

    i have an xr100 now

2 strokes are too loud for my neighborhood

    lol

  • HAHAHAHA, dont mind that name LOL, fair enough, move to an xr400? of a 450cc something. or even a road/trail ktm 2 stroke, fuckyeah!

  • wow i just realized your name...lmao

anyways, i want to move away from xr's...

oh, and i'm on my toes on a cr125

  • model doesnt really matter man, it all comes down to how much your willing to spend, i would suggest though, a 1996 xr or later.

well im about 5'7 and i just fit on my xr250r, so if your shorter than that you might struggle.

    hope that helps.

  • see if you can help me out... i'm not too tall,we decided that an xr250r,what would you suggest as far as model goes?

    fast

4cycle is all i really want in a bike

if you could help me out it would be nice

  • lol the xr250 has shit all power man, if your after power out of a 250cc four stroke opt for a crf250x, or even a klx300. but i retract my wheelie statement, i had only ridden my xr on dirt and today i had it out on the street and the added grip on the road does make it a bit easier to get her up on the rear.

  • no, not just wheelies, it has a shitload of power

it takes a little bit of skill to do wheelies
