  • They sell them on line. Just google TRD Superchargers, they add 118 hp to a stock engine. Add some hedders, an open exaust, and a cold air intake and your set. That high pitch noise you heard was piercing my ears. When you pass people it scares the crap out of people :)

  • Nice.....dose it have an intercooler???

  • @AintLifeGarand Hahaha thanks! it depends where in US you search for... try socal... like hollywood zip 91601

  • @USZ71 ...and I love it every time I run away from another truck at a stoplight. :)))))

  • @GeoThundra My concern was that a Crewmax (essentially, my 2004 Double Cab, modern day) wasn't available in a 4x2. According to Toyota.com, apparently this is the case. If you want a 2WD, you have to buy a Regular Cab. The Chevy-built engine thing I'm still researching. Happy New Year!

  • @327MONEY20 Such a gratuitous comment.

  • @AintLifeGarand No way Toyota is working with Chevy on their trucks. The tundra's is completely different... It has VVT-I, different spark shooting layout, and all aluminum block, and Japanese electronics.... And the Crewmax is definitely not strictly 4x4, maybe in your area it can be but no, you can custom build one on the Toyota Website, or Even search around different dealers in the country.

  • @INeverLose no the newer 4.7's including 05+ have VVTI which makes them a pain in the ass to install with our computers.. You need a fuel standalone management system to make it work.... It's a bigger pain then having the 5.7l S/C and having factory warranty :)

  • @Motorfordtoyota your right... The rods were not made to handle the higher rpms... Put in some 4.0L Lexus rods and internals (lextreme . com) and it'll go forever...

  • So you basically have a 5.7 now?

  • @suprafast27 They dont sell them for the 4.7s anymore, at least not from Toyota. They say it decreased the life of the engine to much or something like that. The 5.7s were designed w/ the supercharger in mind. Sounds bad ass though!
