Please remove the protective tips from propeller before doing anything. I tested my engine before removing the tips and got injured. It clearly says to remove them before flying but I thought it would be okay to just test it. Dumb I know- but I am pretty sure somebody else may do it and the injury could be more severe.

  • I have a friend who forgot to remove them and crashed badly on the T-28's maiden. Broke the nose right off and cracked a wing. Luckily, he wasn't injured.

  • thats pretty bad if it says remove before flight dont you think that would be the smart thing to do

  • Thanks for manin' up.!

  • FLY, FLY, FLY...... Then read the instructions..... im a newbee to planes and i just want to put the battery in and fly, i cant wait its a normal thing to do.

    keep it up!!!

  • You should build your own planes, from balsa, spruce etc. Then you wouldn't have these (foolish) problems.
