First, o don't think I should have to have permission or the approval of the government to do things that are my right. The government has to much of a say in what I do everyday. I do we need the laws for some control and order. If I wish to own a gun, (handgun) I need a permit to purchase a license to carry, but I have the right to bear arms. The state of Wisconsin or Illinois, you can't even do that. California states how many rounds in a mag. I could go on & on. I have said plenty.

@DennyRec Does the Constitution (more specifically the 4th Amendment) say that you have to have a permit, or go through training classes? (although training classes would be nice, but only optional). I'm just saying, this is a way for the government to control us in ways that are unlawful and unconstitutional. Charge us fees, make money off us, put us into legal binding contracts with the govt. when there is no reason for it. Just a thought...
