Employee Communication: Let's Move from Knowing to Doing

Bruce Berger, Ph.D., of the University of Alabama, delivered the 4th Annual Grunig Lecture at the 2011 International PRSA Conference on Oct. 16, 2011, and spoke of the importance of employee communications.

"Most leaders claim employees are their most important asset and extol the importance of employee communication. Such claims, however, have greater weight than the supporting evidence," Berger says.
