No these guys are NA.

look here naturallu aspirated or air forced induction, honda owns racing dev. its as simple as that. we have all these manu and teams bickering about stealing technologies such as that with ferrari and mercedes when they are both ripping it off of hondas racing res and dev. ok. period. there should be no doubt after this and there will be nothing as brutal and ruthless, only jdm dev runs it now until the end. its as simple as that.

If you read the description this video is circa 2001. They are normally aspirated engines built by Mugen, I believe 3500 cc at the time, dependent on JGTC race rules at the time. Nobody at the team would admit it then, but it was rumored they revved to 14K rpms! Man, if only I can get a hold of one of those engines and stick it in my NSX...

It's not an actual race, it's just a practice run. Anyway, I love the JGTC (now SuperGT) and I wish they would go completely international and race in America.

They tried last year at the California Speedway. It wasn't an official race with points, more like trying out the waters out here. I don't hear them coming back this year, so maybe they thought it didn't work out. But last year's race here was a blast, every team was there.

haha, is that waht spectators do, just stand there and wait until the cars pass by?

It is a demo run conducted at their yearly national NSX meet, not an actual race. Normally spectators don't get this close to the cars, we were right up at the pit wall!
