  • incredible! thank-you so much :D I've lost 9.5kg so far, and have 15kg to go. got into a bit of a slump over the last few days and almost gave up, but you have inspired me and given me some ideas to keep it FUN and get me motivated :D think I've been restricting myself too much - cutting out my favourite foods :P I'll re-think me plan now. and CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

  • So do you eat white bread, white rice and other processed carbs? I hear that stuff is bad for you.

  • @livingblessed100 Well i'm not sure of the details, (i.e. your height) but the most sensible thing to do is to seriously watch what you eat and especially when. Just going out and exercising your ass off, will obviously burn calories, but make sure your state of mind is keeping up with that. Losing weight is not easy at all. It takes a lot out of you, mentally and physically. I wish you the best of luck.

  • @livingblessed100 start by cutting your calories to 1500-1800 calories and just start moving no matter what you do walking, swimming, house work, yard work anything to get the blood flowing and your heart rate up. Good Luck!!!!!:)

  • I'm 290Ibs and I need some help. My knees, back, arms...everything hurts because of the weight...how do I get started..anyone with any suggestions?
