Ufo sighting over Preston Lancashire. Wierd Object! In local newspaper

This object was fyling over preston, lancs on the 27th April 2009

Sorry about having no sound, i wanted to get straight to the point.

The object didnt make any sound at all!

It was Longish black object and it stood out from the clouds, it had a long bit and then a straightish bit at the top.
It was around 10 minutes after i actually took the second shot, by this time the object was quite far away.
When i studied the video i noticed that it changes shape slightly, or maybe it was a trick of the eye.

Any idea what it is just leave a comment.

It's a balloon... i've seen people release them from the flag market before now.. about 15 foot long

I just dont get the shape though.

Im going to do an examination on the video soon.

ill Keep the balloon theory in mind and ill see what the object looks like up close.

It's a solar balloon, 12.99 argos

Ive had a look at those solar balloons.

They are black, so you could be right but its shape isnt really the same!

Looks like it might be a spent weather balloon. They are launched mostly empty and expand a lot in the upper atmosphere. Afterwards they deflate and hover near the ground till they totally deflate. They are long and can have very long tethers that can catch on things and hold them in place.
