The battery life is one of the best features of this phone.
You probably didn't charge it for 3 hours when you got it like you SHOULD do.
Lithium batteries have a memory. If you charge them when they're half dead and only for a little while, they will remember that and think that they are dead much sooner than they SHOULD last.

One obvious negative : the alarms will not activate on WinMobile platform when the phone is switched off unlike Sony Ericsson phones. Which means if you switch off at night, there will be no morning call alarm to wake you from your sleep. Microsoft needs to do more for such a critical function of a cell-phone.

I love this phone. It is well worth the money. Have a blackberry for work and I like this better then the bb.
