Highlights from the 1994 Orange Bowl. Bobby Bowden and Tom Osbourne were each looking to win their first national title. FSU overcame a dropped touchdown pass, a Nebraska tip drill that resulted in a touchdown, and an overthrow and a pass interference penalty on what would have been gamewinning touchdowns to win 18-16. The game was not without controversy as Nebraska fans often point to the borderline William Floyd touchdown that could have been ruled a fumble and the unnecessary roughness call on FSU's final drive but usually don't mention the calls that went in the Huskers favor which I took the liberty of highlighting in this video : ) Controversy aside this was one of the greatest national championship games in college football history

Notre Dame should have won it. Qukarlz, your an idiot and if your being funny I can fix that bro. I watched that with my now deceased father. He raised me to root for the only team worth rooting for, Notre Dame. My brother and my uncle are the same. We are all die-hard fans. Notre Dame got royally screwed and if you can't see that your a complete moron. Its a complete travesty.
Bitch all you want...Fsu won and that is it..Stop crying about a Old ass game.. I have to deal with losing to Gator for five year's in a row..You don't hear me bitching...Grow Up..Peace
You obviously know nothing about football considering ND beat Florida State in the game of the century (#1 vs #2). Afterward, NotreDame lost to BC after they mounted one of the greatest comebacks in NCAA history being down 38-17 in the 4th quarter. ND then won their bowl and should have held the tiebreaker. In 1989, ND and Miami were 1 and 2 after their bowls and they gave Miami the title because of head to head, even though ND beat the #1 team in the nation (Colorado) in the orange bowl.
last time i checked an illegal substitution is when you have more than 11 on the field and you break outta the huddle with that....good try but love the video GO NOLES!!!
