As for snow outside the widow that was broke into was right next to the side walk going up to the house, the snow on the sidewalk was melted.
Also the DNA found under JonBenet's fingernail and in her underwear did not belong to anyone in the family. And the same DNA found on JonBenets body was also found on the suitcase under the window with the mud mark on the wall.
-The ransom note had written in it she been kidnapped, therefore why would it need to be next to the body?
-The police asked them to search the house, Patsy read the begining of the ransom note and it said her daughter had been taken she ran to her room and saw she was gone then called 911 ANY LOVING PARENT WOULD DO THAT FIRST!
- Yes there was sign of forced entry in the basement the window was open with a mud mark going down the wall and a suitcase under it.
@dyckmanhustla05 Why the killer killed the girl before the parents would find the ransom letter? Why the kidnapper left the house alone? How he/she could have the money if the parent would find the dead body? And why the father moved the dead body from the death scene? He couldn't save her by doing so because the body was lifeless. Fortunately, in their house was a policewoman ... . Why they were so suspicious about the police? Were they interested to help them to find the killer?
@dyckmanhustla05 I agree with you. If you look at the ransom letter, it is written by hand(!), grammatically correct, with a margin at each paragraph, as the killer was not in a hurry but he/she had a lot of time in the disposition, etc. Moreover, the parents called the police even though the life of their daughter was threaten if they would do so. However, why were footprints only in the basement? Why not inside the house or outside the window? Why the kidnapper left the house alone?
@dyckmanhustla05 If you looked into this case, you'd see that all of the substantial, tangible and concrete evidence (you're 'evidence' is merely circumstantial) points AWAY from the family-the investigators have just found (in 2008) new DNA on the sides of the thermal under pants JonBenet was wearing (where someone would put their hands) that matches DNA originally found on her panties...the DNA matches NOBODY in the Ramsey family at all...all that can be determined is that the suspect is male.
- There was a ransom note, but she was already dead in the basement.
-The ransom note was found upstairs, why wouldnt it be next to the body
- John Ramsey searched the house after the police got there,if your child has gone missing.....the first instinct a loving parent would do is search the ENTIRE house.
-No signs of forced entry
-The house was surrounded by snow after because of storm. There were no footprints found in the snow
i agree, why would you ask for ransom money,do the practice letter in the house if you are the kidnapper and in the end you will also kill the cash cow inside the house,it doesnt make sense

Also newer evidence that has been released was shoe prints found in the Ramsey's home that did not belong to any of the family members.

Everything point to the parents
