  • I understand the feeling of gagging at the thought of taking it, Its the feeling of getting drunk on one alcohol and drinking so mush you almost kill your self (Southern Comfort for me). Keep it up, are you replacing your Vit C a few hours after taking MMS?

  • I am indeed taking Natural Calm Plus with 500mg of vitamin C, with a little added C for posterity. And your description of the aversion to MMS being similar to a bad bout with alcohol is spot on.

  • I found your comments about hypercoagulation to be quite intriguing. This is an issue that comes up often on the ProHealth CFS/ME Board, and it seems most people have it. I wasn't aware of the tests you mentioned however, and will look into it.

Do you know if eating a small meal before taking the MMS dilutes the effectiveness in any way? In my own experiment (6-12 drops/day), I tend to take on an empty stomach with minor effects. Food might help as I up my dosages.

    Great work - Thanks

  • Hi WayneinOrego,

I've spoken to a few individuals who have researched the efficacy of MMS when taken with food, and the general consensus seems to be that it appears to absorb quite well, as long as the meals are kept small. The change of being able to eat food when taking MMS has dramatically changed my stomach's ability to tolerate it.

  • After 14 years there is still not a single verified case of anyone being cured by mms of a serious illness like aids or herpes. MMS is a scam, google mmsdebunked for more info,

  • what has happend to you Jeremy !!?

  • there is also a very good an ancient medicine boswellia cartriie or normally named Frankincence ore yellow incence, it is a booster for the immune system and it has no side effects but promoting the bloodstream it is an natural antibiotic, maybe it can be helpful for you to.

  • defense*

  • The resistance you feel when you take the MMS is the Lyme's defence system, according to Jim Humble.

  • You do great on Youtube. MMS is great stuff, but, there are others who are beating this disease with a lot less work and distatsefulness. Now with youtube you can search 'lyme success' or 'chronic lyme success' and hear first hand from people who actually beat this horror. I think it wonderful that those without financial incentive are speaking up. Start looking outside the box. God be with you.

  • "Aversion," is an understatement, I've been taking it about ten months and I still have trouble getting it down. I can't get past 6 drops. It's good to hear I'm not the only one, cuz normally I can gag down the worst of stuff, I used to drink aweful protein drinks all the time, along with an array of nasty tasting supplements, etc. MMS is one of the few things that really makes me nauseated. The plus is that it has helped my chronic condition a great deal. Hang in there my friend, Kudos.

  • I couldn't find canned pineapple juice that didn't have asorbic acid (Vit C). Juiced fresh pineapple and added to 6 drop MMS + 30 citric acid mixture - I couldn't even taste any MMS.

  • Correction to post below. Not everyone gets the gag reflex to MMS, but this reaction is common amoung people who take MMS for an extended period of time. Hope pineapple juice helps.
