POD: Beltane

This video is an HD capture test for POD. Although at least one video of this track has already been uploaded, I am fairly certain that none have been uploaded in HD.

Anyway, this is one of my favorite games, and I decided it was time to reinstall it, even if I won't have very much time to play it.

POD amounts to a small audience cult classic, where many of the former players moved on once Ubisoft shut down the online service. Even so, many players come back when they finally locate information related to the game. Not only that, but this game is a childhood favorite for many, often obtained through an OEM release. (I got my first copy with a Gateway PC I have sitting in the corner of this very room)

@HECKproductions To be honest, the quality is a product of the game's age. It was release in 1997, after all. Compared to other games of the time, this game's graphics are simply stunning. Even so, they are now dated, and are easily bested by most games released these days.

I Loved This Game As A Kid, I Always Tried Thhos Secret Ways And Stuff , In This Level I Found A Path To Upstairs.. You Can See It On The Right At 0:45 And You'll Be On The Roof At 0:47

Oh Lord, this brings up so many great memories...i loved this game, it was the 1st i EVER played and now that i see it, i remember so much of it...that hand-cursor in the menus,the names and cars (ken ichi, fuego...) the tracks...incredible!

And yes, the atmosphere and styling is unique until today!

I would LOVE ubisoft to bring it back...i have goosebumps really!
