  • i hate what happened to the braves pitching staff... what the heck is going on down there. i'm a red sox fan now, glavine will ALWAYS be my favorite pitcher. after all he did with/for this ball club this is how he's treated? i miss the good 'ol days... glavine, maddux, smoltz & rocker!

  • Frank should be fired, nothing good has come since he got here. He's going to pass over a career veteran for a kid who has never made a Major League start?! Yes, Glavine is getting old, which is why he had a short contract but Frank handled this situation completely inappropriately. And as far as moving Medlin to the bullpen? This kid hasnt even been able to establish a lead as a starter, so what makes Frank think this kid will be able to hold a lead or the status quo for the offense?

  • you fuckin "B"andwagoner

  • How do you release a lifelong Brave who's returned to the team in hopes of retiring, gracefully? It's not like Atl had a chance in hell of going anywhere this year, anyway. Should've kept him. Hope he lands with a serious World Series contender. I wouldn't go to The Ted now even if someone gave me season passes. FUCK FRANK.

  • Andruw Jones would have been better in center field than Jordan Schafer.

    Andruw Jones

    17 R 5 HR 14 RBI .278 AVG

    Jordan Schafer

    18 R 2 HR 8 RBI .204 AVG

Frank your scouts are creating doubt in my mind.

  • Seriously I think Frank Wren comes off smug. It's all about the money, that's why he let Mark Teixeira go for Kotsay. He let John Smoltz go over money. If he doesn't think "low A ball" was where Tom Glavine could prove himself, he should have informed Glavine he had to pitch 6 or 7 innings again for Triple A
