Haha... She did it right front of us too! She tunes the high e down half a step at the start of the song. xD

Ah, so I was watching this video again and realized when she played an E flat during the C#m chord that the high e string is tuned down half a step. That is what gives the sweet ethereal quality to the chords I noted above. : )
