Home Managers benefit by living in spectacular luxury for only 25-30% of the market rate. If you have the employment, credit rating, and furniture required to be a Home Manager, it's an amazing program! Detractors don't "get it" (and tend not to be right for the program). When a home sells, a Home Manager's furniture is moved for them to a new luxury home and set up so they can continue to live like royalty in lavish mansions... for the cost of renting a decent apartment. Ain't a bad gig at all!
What does the home manager get out the deal? Paying monthly payments for a home that is not his/hers. Having to spend money to decorate and furnish a home for someone else to benefit the profits!! No a good business move. Once the home sells and that can happen at anytime the process starts all over again..looks like more of a lost just to live ins someone elses home!! No Thanks!!

Does anyone have actual experience with this concept? What's the catch, other any moving to another location when the house sells.
