Well you don't really need to know unless you're a fan of jets and that stuff. But in general Boeing is an American product while Airbus is European. Boeings are loaded with GE (General Electric) engines; airbuses are loaded with Rolls-Royce!
Also, this is what I've noticed personally, Boeings accelerate fast and take off like just like the way a Mustang can smoke other competitors lol; however, airbuses need their time b4 they leave the runway.
P.S. Jumbo is just a 2nd public name for B-747

im sorry, but what is the difference between an airbus and boeing, and jumbo jet??? lol.. i go on kuwait airways almost every year..and i still don't know the difference..can any1 care to explain?? ..oh and this was a verrry coool video!! i've always wanted to know what it's like to look from a pilot's perspective..
