Sprint is awful. My phone was defective in the first 3 weeks and they didn't want to fix it. Also the sales guy at the store lied to me about the Sierra hot spot device saying you could use the internet all day. It lasts about 8 days with basic internet use for 50 bucks a month. Sprint can burn in hell and everyone that works for them too.

Sprint is a business, not a charity organization. Please read the terms and conditions before you sign up for any contract.

Check out Off-Network Roaming and Prohibited Network Uses in the Terms and Conditions. BTW you are required to sign this if you get your phone in a store and over the phone or internet they mail you this document. As far as the wireless cards, they discontinued the unlimited service a couple years ago and sent notifications to the customers about the change and offered them an opportunity to opt out of the contract for no charge. You broke the agreement and didnt opt out when you had the chance.
