River (Joni Mitchell cover)

This is a Christmas present for my friend Karen...she had expressed a wish to hear it on the harp a while back, and I thought it would be fun to play it for her for Christmas. It must be confessed that it was very impromptu, and the arrangement is pretty much COMPLETELY improvised, mistakes and all. (I'm hoping she's going to see this and say, "Gee, the harp sounds pretty!" rather than "Argh, you've murdered my favorite song!" Hope springs eternal...)

P.S. I had to smile at the "It don't snow here, it stays pretty green..." line, because Seattle is usually exactly like that, and right now we're up to our elbows in snowy slush. Go figure. :)
