What this vidio is saying is, "Do not listen to your thoughts" stay still and just be. Change your conversation with yourself to (for example) "I am happy, fun and joyful." And you will be, because you said so.

Adding to that it´s not about happyness, but about love vs. happyness that equals pain for others.
In this planet and plane everything is in a weighing scale and the total ammount of happyness must be equalized with pain in other people. This is actually happening with the happy people ignoring and torturing the unhappy people physically and psychologically, sometimes with words, sometimes it´s just a certain smile, a rejection....

Most of all talking bs to unhappy ones, with giving tipps how to better themselfes, while at the same time rejecting them, is the ugly face of the happy ones, which make them worse than anyone beeing pushed that hard to go amok.
Only love brings us peace.

Thank you for your decision to leave Scientology. That was very brave. Not many people are as privileged as you to do so. Please know that auditing is not exclusive to Scientology - an independent group called the Freezoners (Scientologists who practice the tech outside of the Church of Scientology), and that auditing helping you is not wrong - the corrupt management of the Church of Scientology is wrong.
Thank you again. You have nerves of steel.

Leaving Scientology is okay.
The former Cult Awareness Network based in Clearwater, Florida had the most complaints from two groups: Scientology, and Landmark Education. The result: the Church of Scientology had many Scientologists apply for jobs with them, which all got declined, and multiple frivolous lawsuits were filed against them. The result: They got driven to bankruptcy, and in bankruptcy court, Scientology bought the Cult Awareness Network.
Question Scientology.

Being in the moment, creating happiness in the moment, by moment, by moment. That is all you have. That moment.

@deadlyelmo It's in your head dear. Do 10 jumping jacks. You'll think it's so stupid doing it, you'll laugh while doing it.
