@USNERDOC I would like to add that is also depends drasticly on the medication in question. Some medications last...well if unopened, for years, while others are of no use at about the expiration date. I have been meaning to start a list of the real estimated shelf life of medications, but I have never gotten around to doing it, and I am not an expert anyway.

Hey Doc, I just noticed some items in the store say "US Shipping Only" but others don't. Is this an oversight in the store & all the AMP-3 products only ship in the USA?
Is it possible to have the kits *not* labelled "US Shipping Only" to be sent to Canada? I'm guessing this is bcz some products are illegal in some countries but not others? (such as Neosporin must be branded Polysporin in Canada)

@rooftopeagle - I'm not authorized to ship QuikClot out of the U.S. . . . otherwise, everything on the site can be shipped internationally.

Hey Doc...
whats ur take on expiration dates for medications...
is it true they last for 6 more months?

@kessler003 - I think there are two roughly divided camps on the medication expiration issue: some folks follow expiration dates precisely and some have a much more looser approach and don't worry about it very much. Officially I would recommend that you replace medications as they expire which is a good practice to follow. Unofficially I will be honest and say that I have personally used medications that have expired with no ill effect.
