10 single-hand swings, 10 cleans, 10 single-hand swings, 10 clean and
presses, 10 single-hand swings, 10 snatches and 10 windmills with right hand then same again for left hand with a 1 pood (16kg) kettlebell. This was round number 7.

  • you really need to work on your kettlebell clean

  • It did turn into more of a power curl, yeah. I find it hard cleaning something so light properly; the shrug can end up pulling it too high, making it hard to repeat as quickly.

    you make them windmills look easy !!

  • Lol well I've got to keep the ladies interested while all the lifting's going on...

    Hardest thing about the windmills was shoulder stability especially everything that had gone before. Oddly don't find windmills too tough, got another vid on here doing them with the 32.
