This video is showing how the user SilentEvil5 has taken the original version of Akira Yamaoka's song "You're not here" and posted it as his own work. The technology used for this is called pitch shifting. It's use was popularized by Alvin and the Chipmunks where the original recording's pitch is changed up to sound like chipmunk voices.
What SilentEvil5 has done is taken the original song and tuned it down to change the sound of the song but the timing is the exactly the same. Please visit his video and post comments requesting him to remove his video.
