This video is showing how the user SilentEvil5 has taken the original version of Akira Yamaoka's song "You're not here" and posted it as his own work. The technology used for this is called pitch shifting. It's use was popularized by Alvin and the Chipmunks where the original recording's pitch is changed up to sound like chipmunk voices.
What SilentEvil5 has done is taken the original song and tuned it down to change the sound of the song but the timing is the exactly the same. Please visit his video and post comments requesting him to remove his video.

I received a message from SilentEvil5 admitting the fraud. Here is a copy of it:
"Nice video, Honestly I don't mean ANY of this in sarcasm, I can't believe how many mediocre are out there thinkin' that my videos are real, only real ones I did were the Music Videos for Resident Evil, but thanks XD, now I think you may take this message and put it into a video, that's cool, honestly I can care less, I don't use the page for anythin' other than comments, Thanks for bein' smart though :D and remember, I honestly do mean this, all of it"
