"Ugu..."

Ayu wasn't crying today. She was pouting. She'd been trying for two weeks now to get Protoman to let her join his team so they could play games together. She just couldn't see why he wouldn't let her join!

"They are... err... very dangerous games," he had explained at one point. She didn't like dangerous. Dangerous was like that surprise game with that scary lady in the museum. But, if she joined with Protoman and 2k, they'd help make it less dangerous, right?

She was out looking for them again today. She met with them on a daily basis now, if for nothing more than to sit and eat taiyaki together. And try to get into their team. She wanted to win for them too, like Protoman had done for her!

She found Protoman at a donut shop, speaking with a heavyset, balding fellow. She had planned to pounce him, but he was talking with someone and that'd be rude. She was a good girl. 2k-tan had said so.

So, when Protoman left to find Thin, she followed. As they played, Ayu started to formulate a plan. The chubby guy has said that this guy was tough, though she had no doubt Protoman would win. Maybe if she tried playing with the same guys they did, she'd prove that she'd be a good player for their team!

So, once Protoman had left, little Ayu stepped up to try her hand at this MUGEN game-thingy.

How hard could it be?

------

I'm thinking of calling these little second matches with Ayu "Ducklings", since she's working so hard to prove herself by fighting the same people the Kangetsu team is. Could even stick them on the end of the other videos, really. Or just keep them separate like this.

Anyway, it's fights like this that make me LOVE Ayu's Just Defend. That annoyingly overpowered flurry attack? With Just Defend, Ayu can recover a massive percentage of her health and gain energy for a counterattack at the same time.

And nothing beats a good taiyaki finisher.

Before you die... you see... the taiyaki...
