And yes it is Short mat bowls because indoro is Stadium bowling where players like Greg Harlow and Rob Whale and David Gourley play in. Get it right you amateur.

@AndyJ7007 lol. i have played indoor bowls for 7 years and have reached national academy level. half of the stuff on this video is a load of bolics. everyone will find their own style in time and it just takes practise and a sense of the objective of the game.. you are obviously an amateur and don't have a clue about this fine game - by the way, this is not short mat bowls guys. this is indoor bowls. (there is a difference)

The grip shown can easily lead to an over tense grip. Keep the fingers parallel to the bowls running surface, especially the middle finger, the thumb can be at the side of the bowl, placed where comfortable.
