An explosion killed 11 people in the southern Russian region of North Ossetia on Thursday. The blast occurred as passengers were getting out of a minibus near the main market in the center of the region's biggest city, Vladikavkaz. The investigative unit said that a criminal case had been opened under murder and terrorism clauses.
At first, it was said that the blast was probably caused by either an explosive device or the explosion of a gas cylinder installed in the minibus. However, later Russian news agencies quoted law enforcement agencies as saying the cause of the blast was a bomb. Twenty-eight people, including one child, were also injured in the explosion and taken to a local hospital.
The incident has been qualified as a terrorist act. The Russian President has commissioned the Russian Security Service to conduct investigation referring the blast and demanded to make security measures harsher. The President of South Ossetia has summoned up a special government session and declared November 8 a mourning day.

I already told you - read foreign press, not russian or georgian. Independent media show results of investigation in Ossetia. Ossetian eyewitnesses, even OSCE members, who been in Ossetia 7 aug, speak about georgian bombardment of Tskhinvali and war crimes of georgians. Bombard not "russian forces", but civilian city.

Even Saaki allies hawks like Miliband and american ministers now speak much more carefully. In one day even georgian will know the truth. But not with Saakashvili, of course.
