@waypastprime Great crop! Can also do with a pressure cooker, but not required for tomato products. Also, salt not required for tomato products but required for just about everything else. I've had quarts of beans setting around for 5 to 7 years, although they start to loose just a bit of flavor. Dad-in-law says 10 years.. Thanks for the comment!

ahhh... So what would one find uncomfortable about a pressure canner???
Use one weekly, and no one has died... yet! :) OK Swede... kidding aside, I just put up 14 quarts of green beans as for some reason I had a super duper crop. I also did a bunch of tomatoes, but I did do them with the pressure cooker.... I added some fresh basil and onions too... Did you add salt to your batch? How long will you store them before eating?? Thanks for the vid. Nice to see your back!
great video i will learn to can moose meat or rabbit meat great way to preserve your food especially be good in the summer at my cabin cause i dont have a refrigerator there usuallyjust smoke meat to preserve it.awsome vid

@TheWildNorth Thank man! I've actually canned venison and just don't like the way it comes out. However, canning chicken breast works great! Way better than canned chicken from the store! Hope you have a good hunting season!
