  • Bullshit.

  • @Ayo5062 Thank you for such an insightful comment. You have contributed so well to the conversation.

  • His arm slot should be more at a 90 degree angle. Because that is where you get your most power from......just a word from a pitching prospect:)

  • @mlbassassin13 are you referring to his throwig arm being directly over his head 90* or his shoulders being flat which will maximize the use of his legs, hips, and shoulders to turn his body to throw the ball.

  • Im 12 and can pitch about 70 from 50 feet. My problem is that I do not use my legs and go pretty much all arm. I also want to learn how to throw a good change up to go with my curveball. Can u help

  • @GC761998 I am sorry for not getting back to you sooner. We work with players from age 7 to 72 all year round. I am positive we would be able to help you develop your off speed pitches better.

  • @realhardheaded the M arm shape or as the analysts putit when Strasburg got hurt "the inverted W". The theory states that when the elbows are evelvated abouve the shoulders the throwing arm elbow has to drop under the shoulder to then begin moving forward.

  • serious question. is it the m arm shape or w arm shape that puts the most stress on your arm?

  • interesting video

  • i like that u even try to help some youtube posters :) nice vid, gave me some thoughts! thumps up

  • im a double A junior pitcher. my mechanics include a long stride. i gotta tell u its difficult but it has a strong delivery, i think which ever mechanics u prefer or feels comfortable, is best
