Yea I was a helper in december and my driver would not give two shits if I did this. But my route consisted of people who were very kind and knew my driver. So throwing the packages was a big hell no. Because of treating people with respect and their packages with care I got a 100 dollar tip from one of the houses on the route. But we still threw packages in the truck lmao. Sorry but we delivered around 300 packages daily and it is impossible to treat each one with care.

Why do they still work? if you love what you're doing, like delivery man, you should always be careful and regards the customer. not throwing some packages, if you're pissed, then retire.

You need to look closely at the video. The person delivering the package is NOT the UPS driver. It is his peak season helper. Peak season helpers only work 3 weeks during December for the Christmas rush to help out the UPS driver. You can see that the UPS driver is still in the truck when his dumb *** helper pulls a stupid move! If he would have been my helper I would have left him there. People like that give UPS drivers a bad rep. Pisses me off.

According to an article I just saw....this was a seasonal employee that has already been FIRED because of the incident.
