Walter J Veith has a PhD in zoology from the University of Cape Town . Was a university biology department head , had PhD track grad students in his labs that he mentored and was their major professor . , and believed and taught evolution as strongly as anyone .

The short answer is that it's nearly all hogwash, and the person thst does not recognize this in the first minute does not have the base knowledge to have a discussion about biology. Unfortunately many users on youtube ask their fellow youtubers to give them years of science education in these 500 character comments. Ther is no shortcut.
